首先准备一些免洗筷 Disposable chopsticks
剪筷子成适当大小 cut/clip into suitable lengths
这些就是制作笋干的材料 ingredients at the ready

放在酒中浸泡必须浸泡几天 first, immerse in wine for several days
再来是调味 condiments added
加盐加苏打 add salt & soda
加粉糖 add powdery sugar
加酱油 add soy sauce
一直炖煮 Keep it braising/stewing

放入空瓶子内 放置一段时间 place it in a jar leave it thus for some time

筷子笋干完成啦 汤汁都被筷子吸收了 the clipped chopsticks fully saturated with sauce & turned pliant

从那一面看都像笋干 用筷子夹筷子
拿来炒一盘笋干肉丝啦 It looks great and ready for the wok and eventually the table!! (how about cooking it with shredded pork, nice, eh?)
