笋干,萝卜干,你还敢吃嘛?

做假技术,可谓精益求精, 登峰造极!太佩服了!!

笋干,萝卜干(1)首先准备一些免洗筷 Disposable chopsticks

笋干,萝卜干(2)剪筷子成适当大小  cut/clip into suitable lengths

笋干,萝卜干(3)这些就是制作笋干的材料  ingredients at the ready

笋干,萝卜干(5)笋干,萝卜干(4)放在酒中浸泡必须浸泡几天 first, immerse in wine for several days

笋干,萝卜干(6)再来是调味  condiments added

笋干,萝卜干(7)加盐加苏打    add salt & soda

笋干,萝卜干(8)加粉糖   add powdery sugar

笋干,萝卜干(9)加酱油   add soy sauce

笋干,萝卜干(10)一直炖煮     Keep it braising/stewing

笋干,萝卜干(11)笋干,萝卜干(12)放入空瓶子内      放置一段时间  place it in a jar leave it thus for some time

笋干,萝卜干(13)笋干,萝卜干(14)筷子笋干完成啦          汤汁都被筷子吸收了  the clipped chopsticks fully saturated with sauce & turned pliant

笋干,萝卜干(15)笋干,萝卜干(16)从那一面看都像笋干            用筷子夹筷子

拿来炒一盘笋干肉丝啦   It looks great and ready for the wok and eventually the table!! (how about cooking it with shredded pork, nice, eh?)
